Ending a TTY call

Prerequisites

A TTY call must be in progress.

To end a TTY call, you must end the active call by pressing the Disconnect red button.

Note

Clicking the End TTY button on the work list window or the TTY window only closes the TTY window, but does not end the active call. You can open the TTY window to continue the TTY session.
